Answers to your common questions
Why am I having difficulty logging in?
Ensure you have a strong 5G or Wi-Fi connection. Double check that you are using the correct email and password and try resetting your password if needed.
A feature is not working, or some icons or widgets are not rendering correctly.
This is generally related to your web browser or an ad blocker. Clear your browser data, cookies, and history. Disable your ad blocker or whitelist our web application so it is not blocked.
The app performance is slow.
Check your internet connection to ensure you have a strong 5G or Wi-Fi signal. Try restarting the app or web page and/or your device. If you are on mobile or tablet, reinstalling the app can also help.
I accidentally went past the 7 Day Free Trial and was charged for my first month, can I receive a refund?
No, we do not offer refunds for any full or partial months. Cancel your subscription if you do not intend to use the service.
If I cancel my subscription, do I still have access to the patient profiles and sessions I have saved in my account?
Yes, your patient profiles and patient sessions will not be removed. You can always come back to review the data or restart your subscription if you would like.
Why is there no way to manage my account on mobile?
Due to certain business policies associated with mobile app stores, customer accounts and subscriptions must be managed through our web application.
Can I change my email after account creation?
No, we do not support changing emails after your account has been created.
How do I delete my account?
Account deletion is not supported in-app. Contact support@whadata.com to delete your account. Deleting your account removes it from our system and you will not be able to log in or access any saved patient profiles or sessions.
How long does it take for your Ambient AI Scribe to process an audio session?
There is no delay--your audio is processed in realtime and the transcription is displayed as it happens.
What new features or capabilities should we expect to be added during early access and post launch?
Our product roadmap is not being publicly shared yet. Refer to the landing and subscription pages for early access capabilities. Post launch we plan to add more EHR/EMR capabilities. Stay tuned!
