Every Whadata module: Scribe, Insights, E-Prescriptions, Patients, Telehealth, Communications, Claims, and Billing. One platform, one system of record. Plus iOS/Android/Web apps, HIPAA + BAA, and priority support. No tiers, and staff seats are unlimited, so front desk, medical assistants, and billers never cost extra.

What costs are there besides the subscription?+

Three, all listed above: a one-time $3,000 onboarding fee at setup that covers configuration, training, and migration from your old EHR, reduced if you have no EHR to migrate; $1 per claim submitted, billed monthly, with corrected resubmissions free; and 2.9% + 30¢ per transaction for card and ACH payments. That processing rate is a straight passthrough from our processor. Whadata takes none of it, and we never bill a percentage of your collections.

How much does an AI-powered EHR and practice management platform cost for an independent practice?+

With Whadata, $500 per provider per month, billed yearly, covers EHR, practice management, and revenue cycle management in one platform, including the AI scribe, autonomous ICD-10 and CPT coding, and denial scoring. Many vendors price revenue cycle as a percentage of collections or quote each practice separately. Whadata posts every cost on this page, and the price does not rise as your collections grow.

Does Whadata charge a percentage of collections?+

No. Revenue cycle is billed at $1 per claim submitted, not a percentage of what you collect, so your cost stays the same as collections grow. Corrected resubmissions are free.

How am I billed?+

The $500 per provider per month subscription is billed yearly, so a single provider is $6,000 for the year. Onboarding is charged once at setup. Claims are billed monthly based on what you actually submitted, and payment processing is deducted per transaction as it happens.

How does multi-provider pricing work?+

$500 per provider per month, billed yearly, is the standard rate. Volume discounts kick in for practices with multiple providers. Book a demo and we'll put together a quote.

Do I need an existing EHR?+

No. If you are starting fresh with no EHR, there is no migration to run, setup takes about a week, and we take some of the onboarding fee off. If you have an existing EHR, Whadata migrates your patient information for you during onboarding, which runs about a month.

Is Whadata HIPAA compliant?+

Yes: HIPAA and HITECH compliant, with end-to-end encryption and a BAA included on every account.

How long does onboarding take?+

About a month when we are migrating you off an existing EHR, and about a week when there is no migration to run. Our team handles setup, configuration, and training so your practice is fully operational on day one.

What does priority support include?+

Priority support means we are available 24/7 to handle any issues, technical or otherwise. You have a direct line to our team at all times.
