Looking Back on 2025
Looking back at 2025 and the soft launch of the Whadata Healthcare Platform, not everything went as planned.
Looking back at 2025 and the soft launch of the Whadata Healthcare Platform, not everything went as planned. But I'm excited with the progress we've made and hopeful that this year we can achieve the goals we've set for ourselves.
When I take a step back and look at the big picture, it's impressive to see how much we have grown and how much we have learned. We developed several productive relationships with healthcare professionals and practices. We got our software into real hands and received real-world feedback. We learned how to optimize workflows, reduce clicks, and organize data in a way that gives physicians, nurses, and patients access to the information they need without cognitive overload or misunderstanding. And we discovered that medical coding and claims are a massive headache for both physicians and billers, but it's a space primed for AI automation and agents.
So what did we do with these lessons? We redesigned our user experience to better reflect real-world clinical workflows. We built a roadmap with new features to further reduce the documentation and administrative burden in healthcare. You'll be hearing more about these in the coming weeks. And we moved integration to the top of our list, because no one wants another data silo.
As we prepare for the official launch of the Whadata Healthcare Platform, I want to take a moment to thank some people. My Mom, for her never-ending support. My business partner Alina, thank you for helping me turn this vision into something real. And to everyone else who helped along the way: the meetings, the advice, the introductions. It was all greatly appreciated.
Happy New Year to everyone. We're just getting started.
