Run the Practice From the Same Record
Whadata's practice management covers the front office: a 14-section digital intake patients finish before the visit, shared scheduling with provider availability, a patient portal, browser-based telehealth, and cloud fax matched to the right chart. It shares one record and one login with the EHR and the revenue cycle.
What ships today
Intake done before the patient arrives
A 14-section digital intake, consents and insurance card capture, completed from the portal, so the visit starts with the record already filled.
Scheduling the whole practice can see
Provider availability and appointment types set once, a shared calendar for staff, and, where the practice enables it, patient self-scheduling with guardrails the clinic controls: how many open appointments a patient may hold, how far ahead they may book, and how much notice they must give.
Video visits with nothing to install
Secure browser-based telehealth, scheduled or on demand, camera optional. Patients join from the portal or a link, and with the patient's consent the visit can be transcribed straight into the chart.
Fax that files itself
Send and receive fax from your practice's own number. Inbound faxes are read and matched to the right patient, with anything uncertain queued for a person to confirm.
Inside Practice Management
Three modules make up practice management. Each has its own page with screenshots and a full FAQ.
Questions worth an answer
Can patients book their own appointments?
Yes, where the practice turns it on. Self-scheduling is off by default; when enabled, patients book, reschedule and cancel within limits the clinic sets, such as how many open appointments they may hold and how far ahead they may book.
Do front desk and staff seats cost extra?
No. Staff seats are unlimited; the platform is priced per provider.
Is every telehealth visit transcribed?
Only with the patient's consent for that visit. Without it the visit runs as plain video.
Does Communications include patient or team messaging?
No. Communications is fax today: send, receive and auto-match to the patient. Messaging is not part of the product.
Can patients pay a balance online?
Where the practice enables portal payments, a patient can pay open practice charges and staff-posted statement charges by card or bank account. Patients are never asked to settle an insurance estimate in the portal.
